  • Why has my order been cancelled?
    Your order may have been cancelled for a variety of reasons, please contact customer service for more information.
  • My order has been cancelled, but it appears that I have still been charged.
    If your order has been cancelled you should have received an email how funds will be returned to you, please check your inbox and if you have more questions contact customer service.
  • Where is my order?
    Once you place an order you will receive constant updates via Email, we will provide you with an update at every stage of the process.
  • I'm missing item(s) from my order?
    If something is missing from your order get in touch as soon as possible to understand what has gone wrong.

  • What is payment authentication?
    Payment authentication or 3D secure are fraud prevention initiatives launched by card issuers.Verified by VISA (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) work in the same way, using passwords that you set up with the card provider to protect you when you shop online. You will then be required to enter your password during the payment process when you shop with us.
  • When do you take payment?
    We only take payment for an item after it has been processed. However, in the interim before processing, we will take an authorisation. An authorisation will show on your bank statement as a reservation of funds that allocates the money to your order. However, the funds will not be released until we have processed your item(s) for delivery.
  • I can’t find the watch I wanted. Do you have it in stock?
    If you can’t find the watch that you want please get in contact to establish whether this is something in stock and currently not listed.
  • Is there a limit to how many watches I can buy?
    No, however there there is a limit to the amount which you can pay through our payment gateway, before your purchase

  • How quickly will can I receive my order?
    If you place your order before 3pm on a business day you should receive your order the next business day. Orders place after 3pm will be processed on the next business day.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number and you can track this at royalmail.com/trackandtrace
  • Can I track my delivery overseas?
    Yes, however we use alternative couriers depending on the destination, all information will be sent to the email upon despatch of your items.
