What does box & papers means?
A box is the original packaging which the watch was original sold in. The papers can be described as the authenticity cards/written authorisation that the watch has been checked for authenticity and is a genuine Swiss Timepiece.
If a watch doesn’t come with box & papers how can you assure it is genuine?
Our watch makers inspect all watches regardless of whether it is accompanied by its original box and papers. The movement of the watch and all parts will be meticulously analysed to ensure authenticity.
Can we adjust the bracelet of the watch before we receive it?
Yes, when you purchase a watch from Watches & More you can give us details as to the size of your wrist and we will adjust the bracelet accordingly.
What is the difference between unworn and pre-owned?
Unworn - Never worn, protective stickers may still be intact on the watch, however on some occasions they are removed by the original retailer.
Pre-Owned Mint/Very Good - No marks or very few signs of any use. Any marks will be very minute and hardly visible.

What is payment authentication?
Payment authentication or 3D secure are fraud prevention initiatives launched by card issuers.Verified by VISA (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) work in the same way, using passwords that you set up with the card provider to protect you when you shop online. You will then be required to enter your password during the payment process when you shop with us.
When do you take payment?
We only take payment for an item after it has been processed. However, in the interim before processing, we will take an authorisation. An authorisation will show on your bank statement as a reservation of funds that allocates the money to your order. However, the funds will not be released until we have processed your item(s) for delivery.
I can’t find the watch I wanted. Do you have it in stock?
If you can’t find the watch that you want please get in contact to establish whether this is something in stock and currently not listed.
Is there a limit to how many watches I can buy?
No, however there there is a limit to the amount which you can pay through our payment gateway, before your purchase

How quickly will can I receive my order?
If you place your order before 3pm on a business day you should receive your order the next business day. Orders place after 3pm will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number and you can track this at royalmail.com/trackandtrace
Can I track my delivery overseas?
Yes, however we use alternative couriers depending on the destination, all information will be sent to the email upon despatch of your items.
